Our goal has always been to keep a safe and comfortable environment on set. We believe in making sure the cast and crew alike are taken care of and feel that their voices are heard. We always aim to be completely transparent in our processes, ideas, and choices we make that affect the people we work with. This includes making sure consent is clearly given, awarding credit where it is due, adjusting plans to accommodate the wishes of the cast and crew, as well as being firm on boundaries and taking responsibility.
